real good experience there. brand-new rooms with a private patio and kitchenette and a massive bed, always amicable and very very helpful staff. easy check-in, late check-out. everything perfect. magnificent location, extremely close to english bay beach park. set in a safe area short walk to the harbour as well as countless restaurants and shopping.

Central location, approx 10-15 minutes' walk from Sunset Beach.

For a quieter stay, consider asking for a room away from street noise, as some rooms face more active areas.

I asked for a double room and it was reasonably spacious and surprisingly big with great shower.

The bed in my room was too soft.

Deluxe, fairly clean place and safe area. Tastefully decorated units with balcony, dining table plus lovely view, and amiable staff. Modern design. Excellent location to explore Vancouver and terrific service. And a short walk from the beach.

Two nights of disturbances from popping sounds!!! Remove app dependency for check-in!!! Eerie atmosphere due to absence of front desk!!! Improve soundproofing for comfort!!! No housekeeping during stay seems outdated!!!

Not perfect, but worth it

The location is fantastic, close to the waterfront and vibrant restaurants. Our room boasted a lovely balcony and kitchenette. An excellent shower!

The absence of on-site staff made dealing with issues problematic, and the lack of housekeeping service was frustrating. Parking access after dark is limited.

The Superior King Room featured a comfy bed with perfect pillows! I loved the expansive garden patio that flooded our space with light. The kitchenette provided all the necessary appliances for our meals. The location felt vibrant, with many dining options and shops conveniently nearby.

Aye, this place had mad vibes. The room was spacious, and catchin' those fireworks on the lanai was everything. Real nice kitchen for cookin' up meals, but check-in coulda been smoother. No front desk staff? That's wild! Still, I'll be back for sure, feel me?

The seaside locale was amazing. We enjoyed the full kitchen to whip up meals and watch the fireworks from our lanai. Such a good experience. Proximity to attractions was a major plus.
